1. Introduction
This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” or “Terms”) governs the use of the website CursoSphere.mx, the online platform and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by LLU LATAM SA DE CV (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”).
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand their content, and agree to them without limitation. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
The Platform is intended to provide educational services, buy and sell online courses, publish and manage user content (courses, materials, reviews, and comments), and analyze and improve the educational experience of users. This Agreement is mandatory for all categories of users: registered and unregistered, course buyers, authors, instructors, as well as legal entities and partners.
The Company reserves the right to change, add, or remove Platform features, as well as to suspend or restrict access to certain services at any time without prior notice, while complying with legal requirements.
2. User Eligibility and Age
• Users must be of legal age according to the law of their country or have written consent from parents or legal guardians to use the Platform.
• Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
• The Company reserves the right to verify users’ age and request supporting documents to comply with legal requirements.
• Failure to meet age requirements may result in immediate suspension of the account and removal of content.
3. Registration and Accounts
• To access most Platform features, registration with accurate and up-to-date information is required.

4. Use of the Platform

• Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful actions, including but not limited to:
o Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
o Distributing illegal, offensive, obscene, or harmful content;
o Interfering with the operation of the Platform, accessing restricted areas, or modifying software;
o Engaging in fraudulent activity or misleading other users.
• Users must respect the rights of other users and comply with ethical standards of interaction on the Platform.
• Any content posted by users must comply with applicable law, moral norms, and Platform rules. The Company reserves the right to remove or block any content that violates these requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
• All materials, software, logos, graphics, videos, texts, and other Platform content are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users retain rights to their content uploaded to the Platform, while granting the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content within the Platform operations.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Platform materials for commercial purposes without written consent from the Company.
• Any use of Platform materials by third parties without Company permission constitutes a violation of the law and this Agreement.
6. Payments, Fees, and Data Processing
• The Platform allows the purchase and sale of online courses.
• All payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), and the Company does not store or process users’ payment information.
• Users must comply with the payment terms established by payment providers and are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, errors, or denial of payment processing by third parties.
• The Platform may charge fees for using the marketplace. Fees, terms, and payment procedures are published on the site and may be changed with notice to users.
• Users agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or other violations of the law.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by a separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which users must review before making a purchase.
• The Company reserves the right to limit refunds as provided by law or the policies of third-party payment providers.
• All refund decisions are made in accordance with payment provider rules and may be full or partial depending on circumstances.
